GetPreCare sends transactional text messages for authentication and account security, such as one-time passcodes (OTP) for login and account verification.

Opt-in

You opt in by entering your phone number in the GetPreCare app and selecting “Send code” or similar action to request a verification code.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and security needs.

No Marketing Messages

We do not send marketing or promotional messages from our transactional SMS lines.

No Sensitive Information (PHI)

GetPreCare does not include sensitive personal health information (PHI) in text messages. We use SMS solely for authentication and security alerts.
