Note: GetPreCare is designed to minimize sensitive data exposure. We do not require you to transmit sensitive personal health information via SMS.

- Authenticate users and secure accounts (including sending one-time passcodes)
- Communicate service-related notices (e.g., confirmations, alerts, updates)

- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
3. SMS (Authentication & Security)
If you provide a phone number, we may send transactional text messages such as one-time passcodes (OTP), login verification, password resets, and security alerts.
Opt-in: You opt in by entering your phone number and requesting a code within the GetPreCare web application.
STOP/HELP: Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.
Note: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No Marketing: We do not send marketing messages on these transactional lines.
No PHI: We do not include sensitive health information (PHI) in text messages.

4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers (processors): hosting, analytics, customer support tools, email delivery, and communications providers (e.g., SMS/voice providers) who process information on our behalf.
- Business transfers: if we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
- Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights/safety, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
